上海财经大学国际教育学院的研究生詹慧鹏告诉记者，外国大学在中国设立分校或合作交流机构，确实给从事科研或有志到外国大学深造的学生提供了更多机会。
但是，中外合作办学提速并非意味着学生可轻易实现在国内“留学”。詹慧鹏说：“以西安交大利物浦大学为例，基本上参照国内高校招生标准录取，有意向的学生要统一参加高考，而非依申请入学。”也有不少同学担心合作办学高校的文凭含金量会大打折扣。
